I am wondering how to attach and image/diagram to a question.  Our technicians need to see this image to be able to answer the question.

    Thanks

    Hi Lacey,

Great question, and yes, it's certainly possible to offer an image for your technicians to reference as they're working on a form.

In your note you mention the image will help them answer questions, so it sounds like the Resource Image question type is a great fit. Here's an example of a floor plan as a Resource Image, it default shows up in the form right away, so that you can ask questions below it, and you can even include extra instructions by way of Help Options, or even an Information Label question type just above or below it. Here's where to find Help Options inside the Resource Image question type:

The technicians will see 3 dots, to access the Help Options:

If you add an Information Label question type, it can look like this, as a way of introducing the image:

I'll explore a few more image options that often go under the radar, in case they can be valuable as you're building out your form. If you can imagine the technicians wanting to upload photos, or interact with photos or Resource Images, or sketches, floor plans, asset diagrams, etc., check out the Image question type and Sketch Pad question type. With the Image question type, they can upload images from their device or files, and then with Sketch Pad, they can draw on those photos, images, blueprints, or the Resource Images.. may be worth checking out, in case it can help the form be even more useful to you and your team.

Lastly there's a Card List question type, where you can show several images side by side, for them to select, it looks like this:
