Hi Divya,
I've created a test version of how I believe your form is set up. I've got a repeat section with four Button Group questions in it and have set up the Summary Table to display the results of those four questions. It looks like this:
The form setup
The form in the app

Hi Pat,
Thanks for responding.
For the 4 button group questions, there is a default answer for each question.
My requirement is, if the user selects an option other than the default answer for that question, then the questions which are not defaulted to be set into a summary table.
I could not even add all questions into the summary table automatically.
Hope I am clear.
Thank you.
Thanks.

Hi Divya,
I'm having some trouble fully understanding what your workflow is here. I'm confused as to why you don't want to display questions that have been answered "Yes" in the Summary Table in the form itself. I would think that displaying those in the form wouldn't matter but maybe you'd prefer to not display them in the report that is being created and sent out after the form has been submitted.
If you could provide more details on your workflow and why it is important to not display these questions in the Summary Table in the form or confirm that it's the report that is more important that could possibly help with finding a solution for you.

Subject: Copy Some Questions to a Summary Table
Hi,
I have 4 questions of type 'Button Group' with options 'Yes', 'No', 'NA', 'Possibly'.
If user selects anything apart from 'Yes' out of these questions, I need to get those questions with selected answers in a summary Table. Is it possible to get ?
I tried to check but as these questions contains different unique identifiers, only one row is getting populating but not all even though if I select answer apart from 'Yes' to all the questions. The latest question which I update with apart from value 'Yes' is being shown up in the summary table. I have added a conditional logic to set the summary table.
If this question does not equal 'Yes', then set the summary table with this constant question as one column and Answer column with the selected option.
One more thing I tried is (although its not a good approach), creating 8 columns - Question1, Answer1, Question2, Answer2, Question3, Answer3, Question4 and Answer4. The problem with this is, its creating different rows every time I change my selection in questions.
Suppose, if I edit the setting and make it max and min entry to 1, then if a user selects 'Yes' to all questions, then there would be a validation error to set atleast one row in the summary table.
And also one problem I am facing is, its not showing directly in the table as a row. Only If I click on Add Row, its showing up.
Same issue with the first approach as well.
Could someone give me any workaround which I can try to put all the questions(which are answered other than default (Yes)) and answers in the summary table.
Thanks in advance.
