    We created a quick instructional video to share with your mobile users! 

    Especially if you're onboarding new team members, third-party contractors, or anyone who hasn't worked with the TrueContext mobile app yet - it's about getting familiar with the landing page / home screen, and some of the device and app settings. 

    You can find it in the TrueContext University in Level 1 - The Mobile App. Since we anticipate that mostly admins and workflow designers (and not mobile-only users) are familiar with TrueContext University, there's a link to download the video so you can share with your crews separately:

    It's a simple start, but will help them find their way around the app, and can prompt some worthwhile communication about settings that apply company-wide, like who they should reach out to in case they want to reset their passwords, or to review your company's support contacts, and check out the image compression settings for photos they'll be taking out in the field.

    As one example, resetting passwords is one of our highest volume requests to support@truecontext.com. If your company's account is SSO-enabled, those requests would of course need to go back to your organization, as those credentials are outside of our ability to manage here on our side. It's a good reminder that within the mobile app settings page, and on the LIVE web portal, there are a few places worth reviewing to make sure your crew knows who to reach out to when they need help.
