  • 1.  I want to open Page 1 by default

    Hi Team,

    I want page1(Select Order Information) or the Page - 'Hot Work' to be opened by default as soon as the form is opened instead of manually selecting a page from the index.

    Is it possible to do that using an existing feature ? If not, Could this be raised an issue for the Product Development Team as business is asking for this feature.

    Hi Divya, currently there is no way to set a page other than Page 1 to be the page that is displayed first when a user opens the form in the mobile app.  Thinking about it, I could see some risk here if the user got bumped to a page other than Page 1 as their first page as it may mean that some Conditional Logic conditions might get bypassed, affecting how the rest of the form may work.

    I'm happy to submit a feature request on your behalf for this, In order to do so I would need a full description of your use case. Why is the business looking to have users start on a page other than Page 1?

    Thanks for the response. How to set page1 as default page to open automatically when a form is opened ?

    Currently, users are selecting page1 from the index and then starting to fill the form. 

    We can ignore the other case. Business is asking to set page1 to open up by default without manually selecting.

    Hi Divya, 

    Sorry for the delay on getting back to you but I wanted to confirm a couple of things with our Product team before responding.  So, apologies on my initial response as I misunderstood what you were trying to accomplish. In terms of even getting the first page to load automatically when a user opens a form, this can be done if you set the form navigation to "Show only visited pages". If you do this the the first page will load when the user loads the form, but none of the other pages will be shown. The user will need to complete each page in order, and when one page is finished and they need to go to the next, they must do so using the arrow buttons to the right of the page title at the top of the screen.

    Additionally, I have submitted a product feature request on your behalf to add this functionality to when the "Show all pages" option has been selected.
