Multi-factor Authentication is available starting today, for v22 onwards!

TrueContext University Level 5 - MFA is everything you need to know for implementing an MFA policy in your account, so be sure to check it out, and also see our Docs portal for more info.

[ Note that SSO-enabled accounts aren't affected, as credential management / authentication happens outside of TrueContext! ]

MFA is the extra layer of security you can opt to switch on, in your Team Settings in the LIVE web portal. Once enabled, you and your team will login at the LIVE web portal, or on the mobile app, and once they enter their username and password, they will see a screen to enter an authentication code:

The email is delivered to the email address attached to their user profile. That's why it's really important to make sure that all user accounts have a valid email attached.
You can review in their user profile, or you can export a CSV list of all users, including their mobile app versions and email addresses, in the LIVE web portal.
For that, click into Team Settings in the top right corner, then in the Security tab, find the MFA feature:
Once MFA is enabled, it applies to all users within the account. You can easily switch it on and off, which takes effect right away. Users have a maximum of 5 login attempts with the authentication code before lockout.
Guide users on good password hygiene, checking their junk and spam folders for authentication code emails, and most importantly, that they know whether they should reach out to your organization (for SSO-enabled accounts), or whether they should click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page if they're having trouble accessing their account.
