    TrueContext is a versatile platform that acts like a digital chameleon, seamlessly integrating with various systems and data sources. It's designed to connect disparate systems, streamline workflows, and empower businesses to make better, data-driven decisions. TrueContext has a complete arsenal of out-of-the-box connectors, but this is a little summary of how you can leverage TrueContext to go outside of those connections. I have written about these topics in separate posts but wanted to provide a quick summary of some of the different integrations we have outlined in the community. Let's explore the custom integration capabilities of TrueContext:

    Adaptability and Flexibility

    • TrueContext is a well-designed platform known for its flexibility and adaptability. It can connect to specialized systems and switch gears to interact with different platforms.
    • It serves as a universal adapter for the digital world, bridging the gap between various platforms.
    • TrueContext adapts to different systems, data formats, and APIs, making it a powerful tool that molds itself to the unique and complex needs of your business.

    CRM Integration

    • TrueContext integrates with CRM platforms like Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM as well as the out-of-the-box connections like Salesforce.
    • It uses APIs and secure authentication methods like OATH 2.0 to communicate with these systems.
    • The platform can pre-populate forms with information from Dynamics 365, such as work orders, customer details, and case information, which eliminates manual data entry and reduces errors.
    • TrueContext can pull a list of accounts directly from Zoho CRM to populate a drop-down menu in a form.

    Cloud Storage

    • TrueContext integrates with cloud storage solutions like Microsoft Azure Blob Storage, providing a secure warehouse for your data.
    • It stores submissions in JSON format and uses HTTP connections and Oath 2.0 for secure and authorized data handling.
    • You can customize how TrueContext organizes your data in Azure Blob Storage by naming files, creating folder structures, and controlling access to information.
    • Azure Blob Storage can handle massive amounts of data, and TrueContext can unlock powerful workflows using other Azure services like Data Factory to automate complex data processing tasks.

    API Connectivity

    • TrueContext can connect to publicly available APIs like the US National Weather Service API.
    • It uses a simple HTTP GET method to fetch data and can parse XML data to extract relevant information like weather alerts, forecasts, and current conditions.
    • Real-world applications include integrating weather alerts into field worker forms, improving safety by alerting technicians to severe weather conditions.

    Microsoft Graph API

    • TrueContext can connect to the Microsoft Graph API, providing access to a vast ecosystem of Microsoft tools and services like Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Calendar.
    • It uses an Entra app registration to securely connect, acting as a digital ID card for your TrueContext application.
    • The platform allows granular control over permissions, granting access only to the data and features your application needs.
    • TrueContext form submissions can trigger notifications in Teams, update documents in SharePoint, or create calendar events, creating synergy between tools and improving collaboration.

    Benefits

    • Efficiency and Accuracy: TrueContext boosts efficiency and accuracy by automating data entry and streamlining workflows.
    • Data-Driven Decisions: By connecting various data sources, TrueContext empowers people to make better decisions and achieve better outcomes.
