    Hi everyone, my name is Camila Moreno, and I'm part of your Customer Success Team here at TrueContext. As Customer Success Managers, we are fully committed to providing our customers with the best onboarding experience possible, enabling you to get the most out of our platform from the very beginning. 

    We use a variety of approaches in the hopes of familiarizing our customers with our platform and unlock it's full potential. We run every new customer, or any existing customer who is expanding their deployment with us through an onboarding journey, which includes numerous training resources designed to make building forms and workflows easy and user-friendly. 

    Today, I want to introduce the TrueContext Onboarding Primer! This live training event allows TrueContext users to connect with our team of experts and learn firsthand about the TrueContext building environment, best practices, and some very useful tips! 

    Our most recent Onboarding Primer was held on January 16th, 2025. In addition to covering the basics of our powerful tool, some of the topics included: 

    • Selecting the best question types for your workflow: since every minute counts, we encourage you to explore the different question types TrueContext offers. This helps ensure you get the correct data input for every question, saving time for your field workers and making your workflows more efficient. During the Onboarding Primer, we had the opportunity to review the different question types and the best ways to apply each of them according to your team's goals! 

    • Guided tour of our Workflow Library: this is a collection of vetted workflows designed to solve business challenges across various industries and use cases.  Find valuable inspiration here instead of starting from scratch! 

    • Reviewing proven practices for administrators: Answering essential questions like "What problems are you trying to solve with our platform?" and "What does success look like for your company?" is crucial for fully embracing all the resources TrueContext offers
