Have you ever encountered a frustrating form submission failure when working with your configured data destinations? Many times, the issue can be resolved by ensuring your network is set up to communicate effectively with our servers.

Ensuring a Smooth TrueContext Experience: Allowlisting IPs and Domains

To ensure a seamless experience with TrueContext, it's essential that your network settings permit proper communication with our servers. Firewalls, security filters, and email spam protection can sometimes inadvertently block crucial connections, leading to issues such as form submission failures or missing email notifications.

    Outbound and Inbound IP Addresses

TrueContext uses specific IP addresses for outbound data transmission and to facilitate inbound connectivity. If you encounter any difficulties with form submissions or data not reaching its intended destinations, please verify that your firewalls (or any other security solutions you are using) are allowing TrueContext IP addresses.

Email IP Addresses and Domain Allow List

TrueContext relies on secure, dedicated email servers, using the latest encryption technologies and security best practices, to guarantee reliable email delivery. By default, when you configure an email destination, the email is sent from one of our dedicated IP addresses. If your spam filters and firewalls filter by domain instead of IP address, TrueContext provides a list of dedicated domains.

To prevent important communications from being mistakenly filtered as spam, please ensure that TrueContext's email IP addresses and domains are in your allow list.

Where to Find the Complete Lists

The full list of outbound and inbound IP addresses, as well as the email IP addresses and domains can be found in our product documentation: https://docs.truecontext.com/1374411/Content/NewFromZendesk/IPAndDomainAllowList.htm

By adding these IPs and domains to your allow list, you can significantly improve the reliability and stability of your TrueContext experience. If you continue to encounter issues, you can create a Support ticket using the process outlined in this document and our Support team will be happy to help - https://support.TrueContext.com/hc/en-us/articles/4406631384340-How-To-Contact-Technical-Support
