Community Spotlight: Nicolas Campoverde

This episode of the Community Spotlight highlights Nicolas Campoverde, one of our Account Executive's here at TrueContext.

Who is Nicolas Campoverde

Nicolas Campoverde was born in Ecuador and lived in seven countries before coming to Canada. His experiences from living in so many different countries has made him passionate about getting to know sorts of different people.

He studied business to quickly moved into the high tech world, originally starting as a support agent at a software company. Nicolas started his career at TrueContext as a Business Development Representative (BDR), responding to leads and requests for demos that would come in through the website. His experience as a BDR at TrueContext got him to meet a number of potential and eventually existing customers. He moved from this position to his current role, as an Account Executive, and is now regularly working with new potential customers, trying to find out what their challenges are and helping them see how TrueContext can be the solution for them.

Due to Nicolas growing up as a native Spanish speaker, he is also the main Account Executive in TrueContext for our Latin and South American customer base.

What is TrueContext

TrueContext is an edge solution that integrates field workflows and data with your systems of record, bridging the gap between the field and your back office. TrueContext saves you time: time documenting and reporting on work in the field, time sending those reports and data back to the office, and time managing and processing those reports and data.

How are you building with TrueContext to demo it's advantages to customers?

Nicolas may ask for a copy of a form that a customer would like to replace using TrueContext before getting on a call with them, but most times he is able to quickly build out a form and demo it's functionality while on the call, showing customers how fast and easy it can be to get started building their own forms and workflows.

What are some common themes you see with the customers you meet with?

So many of the people Nicolas meets with have contacted TrueContext looking to build out simple workflows like checklists, not realizing how powerful the platform is and how much more they can actually do with it. He works with the customer to show them the full potential of the platform and how it can applied to many other areas of their business that they might not have considered.

The Forms Library

Nicolas uses the Forms Library regularly with his customers, showing them all the great templates available to all TrueContext customers. This free resource of pre-built, ready-to-use forms and data sources is categorized by industry and business function, allowing for quick and easy searching. Any form builder can quickly import templates from the library, providing an effective starting point when building common workflows and solutions with TrueContext.

Using the Forms Library

1. To find the Forms Library log into the TrueContext portal at https://live.truecontext.com
2. In the TrueContext portal, move your mouse to the Manage Forms dropdown in the main menu and click on "Create New Form"
3. From the Create Form menu, click on "Select a Form from the Forms Library"

The Forms Library page lists the library items available by Industry or Business Function. There are tabs at the top of the list of library items where you can select between forms and data sources.

When you're ready to add the form or data source, click on the Import button and it will be added to your form space.
