    Hello,

    Is there a possibility to see the Form submission results till a year back in the past?

    When creating a schedule this is limited to hourly, daily, weekly or monthly.

    What can we do if we want to see the results from 1 year back till today?

    Hi Peter,

    You are correct, the scheduling features 'Maximum' recurrence is Monthly. If you want to see/export the last 365 days of data, you can do that via the Submissions (by Form) option under the Data & Analytics tab in the TrueContext LIVE portal.

    Once you select the form you want the results for, you may need to change the Search options from the button located just above the Results pane as the default is the last 30 days. From the Search Options pane there are options to select various date ranges. From there, you can export the results to CSV.

    Reminder: You can access your form submissions on the TrueContext servers for a minimum of 365 days from the date of submission. Please ensure that you develop, implement, and maintain procedures to retrieve and archive form submissions to your own systems in a timely manner.
