    We're releasing an update on Thursday that affects which transfer options technicians will see in Teamwork-enabled forms.

    The new Transfer to Myself option will allow technicians to:
    • Continue work across devices
    • Make progress visible in the Web Portal for supervisors

    Key Change

    For forms that allow transferring to other users, technicians running app version 25.2 or higher will now see the "Myself" option when transferring an incomplete form. At this time, version 25.2 is available only on iOS, meaning technicians can transfer work from iOS to any other platform. Other platforms will be updated in the coming weeks.

    Next Steps

    No action is required. We simply want you to be aware of this upcoming functionality.
    Once released on Thursday we will post again here in the Community with a link to the user documentation.

    As this is part of the Teamwork feature, it is only available on the Enterprise tier.
