On Friday one of our valued customers registered on TrueContext University for some additional training. It was this individuals 23rd lesson he had registered for and it just happened to be TrueContext University's 2000th course registration.
Since we launched TrueContext University, 297 customer contacts and prospects have registered for 2000 lessons and have completed 1703 of them (so far) for an 85% (moving) completion rate. To date, 18 customers/prospects have completed more than 20 lessons including our most prolific customer contact who has completed an outstanding 57 lessons!
When we embarked on building TrueContext University we did have some reservations around what the acceptance by our customers would be. Those doubts have certainly been erased .... and then some.
What's not to like about free training, which helps our customers maximize ROI by understanding the products full feature capabilities and accelerating time to value?
TrueContext University is looking forward to registration # 3000 in the months ahead!
