Level 3 (L3) is the latest instalment of training covering the multi-language features available for form-building, specific view settings and guidance for optimizing the mobile user experience for challenging field service work, understanding image compression and the barcode scanning feature, advanced connectivity with ServiceNow and Single Sign-On (SSO), along with relevant business use cases which highlight how customers have implemented these features successfully in their organizations.
Our aim in providing this completely free, self-guided path in learning on the TrueContext University platform, is to equip you with absolutely everything you'll need to effectively build, test and deploy even the most complex workflows. The training can be taken at the chosen pace of the learner, and badges are awarded after completing each Level, which are added automatically to your profile!
The badging program was a suggestion from our Community Advisory Board (CAB) as some of our customers find comfort knowing the Admins, Form Builders & WorkFlow designers on their teams have reached a certain level of proficiency before working on the product . Some of our Partners want to ensure their teams understand the full range of capabilities TrueContext has to offer when selling or implementing TrueContext with their customers.
Learners who have been working through levels before the badging was launched have been awarded badges, retroactively. Go see how many you have and which badges you can still obtain. Currently, there are five badges offered, Level 0 to Level 3 as well as Level 1 - Analytics and we're not done yet as we have more training/badges on the way.
