  • 1.  Upcoming changes to the Mobile App

    With our brand change to TrueContext only a few weeks away, I wanted to quickly talk about you can expect when it comes to the Mobile App.

    App changes are visual only and do not affect functionality. Here's what the new icon will look like.

    End-users will receive the app update through their usual method, which may depend on how their IT department manages updates for mobile devices. This rebrand will update the existing application – no need to uninstall and reinstall a different app. Additionally, your Login information will stay the same so users can continue to log in with their existing username and password or SSO credential.

    Hi Pat,

    Is the Windows app going to get a new version with the rebrand? We have to go through our IT department to repackage the software.

    Hi Mark,

    The app (whether it be Windows, iOS, or Android) is going to keep working even without an upgrade to the new branding, so there are no worries there. Check out our rebranding FAQ (https://support.prontoforms.com/hc/en-us/articles/19516168513556-We-are-changing-our-name-to-TrueContext) and you'll see that the apps will get rebranded as a version update, so the process you are currently using for updating the app can stay the same, and when you update to the next version you'll see the rebrand take effect.

    I'm also tagging your account team of @Jason Frew and @Chris Darby as they will be better at answering any specific questions about your set up (and of course that may also be a conversation you want to take offline).
