Looking for an alternate way to launch a form and maybe pass some pre-defined answers into the form? Why not have your users scan a QR code??
QR codes can be generated to include a ton of valuable information and more specifically, you can include a URL. Using a QR code and an app-to-app call, you can launch the app, open a form and fill in answers with a quick scan.
Without getting into the nitty gritty details about app-to-app calls (because that can be found here) an app to app call will allow you to interact with the ProntoForms app in a different way.
See a very basic sample below, when scanned will prompt you to launch the ProntoForms app. The QR Code below has the URL of: prontoforms://x-callback-url/open which will open the app.
Using this same technique, you can expand on your app-to-app call, create a few different QR Codes for different sets of forms or questions.
Have you ever thought about using QR Codes to launch a form? Are you using it now?
