    Hello!

I'm a Product Manager at TrueContext, and we're aiming to better meet our customers' needs in managing workflows.

Would any of these views be beneficial to you? If so, could you tell us why it would be helpful?

    1. Job Status and Assignment View:

      • This view organizes data records based on each individual job. You can see the current status and assignment details for every job separately. It's helpful for tracking the progress and specific details of each job.
    2. Team View:

      • This view focuses on managing the data records for a single team. It groups the jobs handled by a specific team, allowing you to monitor and manage the team's workload and performance more effectively.
    3. Field Technician View:

      • This view organizes data records by each individual field technician. It provides detailed information about the jobs assigned to a single technician, including the status, progress, and specific tasks involved. This view helps in managing the workload of each technician, tracking their performance, and ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks efficiently. You can see which jobs are currently in progress, completed, or pending for each technician, making it easier to monitor their activities and address any issues promptly.

Are there other ways we could organize data records that would provide value to you?

Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
