  • 1.  Drafts folder linked to device or to account?

    Hello,

    When a technician is on site and started to fill in his form but he cannot finish his work today he can save it in the Drafts folder.

    But when he want to continue his work the next day for some reason on another device he cannot find his form back in the Drafts folder. 

    Is this normal?

    Hi Peter,

    This is a common question, drafts are saved to the device. At this point in the process there is no submission to the server to retrieve.
    There is existing Product Feedback submissions on this topic.
