    Hello,
    When using a mail destination why is the To never used? Which settings should I adapt?
    In this example I would like to use the question label CustomerMail to be used as destination and not as Cc.



    Has anyone experience with this?

    Hi Peter

    There isn't a way to do this at the moment. We have heard the request before though and I will add your name as someone that would like to be notified when it is in place. I don't have an ETA at this time.

    Checking if an update to this topic? I also need to route this email to the Inbox of a resource, not as a CC.
