Yesterday we began to receive Technical Support tickets from a segment of customers indicating submission emails were not being delivered. Upon investigation it was determined to only impact customers whose email service was hosted by Microsoft Office 365. ProntoForms has posted a notice on our Status page on the root cause and how customers may be able to remedy this.
