Hi Cliff,
You mentioned in your original post that you already knew how to do this so I'm a little confused as to what you're asking for help on? Since this is a multi-form workflow I would suggest that you discuss this use case with your CSM live on a call. I'll have your CSM reach out to coordinate that discussion. :)

They need to just do a lookup on a tote and see its current status and contents. This is one form in a much larger multi-form process I am implementing which allows our technicians to interact with our backend ERP system. Can you please provide me with instructions on how to implement this ASAP.
Thank you.

Hey Cliff,
Thats a great question! The short answer is yes you can but my follow-up question would be what is the use case for this? Why do the techs need to query the data source from a form they would not be submitting? Why not have them query the data source from within a form they would be submitting?

Is there a way to create a "lookup only" form? My use case would be to be able to scan a barcode and it just automatically fill the information (push to other fields) on the form that I am providing via the datasource. I already know how to do all this part.. my main question is can you have a form that DOES NOT submit anything? I just want the user to be able to query the datasource and show the results. That's all the form needs to do.
