    I would like to take a minute to talk about a feature in the ProntoForms Web portal: submission filtering.

    If you click on "All form Activity" from the drop-down menu that appears when you click on "Data and Analytics" in the main menu, or if you click on the “Go To Submissions” button for each form, you will be taken to a page that shows a list of form submissions that were completed within the last 30 days.





    Looking at this page, you might assume that the rest of the submissions have been removed or deleted. Rest assured, all your form submissions are still here, just are just currently not being displayed.

    Now that we have put that concern to rest, let us see how you can view these older submissions.

    On the Form Submissions page, there is a button titled “Search Options +” which can be found right above the table of form submission results

    When you click that button, it will open a form with a plethora of filter options. At the bottom of this form, you will see a section where you can select “Any Date”, “Use Date Period”, or “Use Date Range”. Notice that the date period is set to "Last 30 days" by default. That is why you could only see submissions that were completed within the last 30 days.
