Hi Mark,
The app (whether it be Windows, iOS, or Android) is going to keep working even without an upgrade to the new branding, so there are no worries there. Check out our rebranding FAQ (https://support.prontoforms.com/hc/en-us/articles/19516168513556-We-are-changing-our-name-to-TrueContext) and you'll see that the apps will get rebranded as a version update, so the process you are currently using for updating the app can stay the same, and when you update to the next version you'll see the rebrand take effect.
I'm also tagging your account team of @Jason Frew and @Chris Darby as they will be better at answering any specific questions about your set up (and of course that may also be a conversation you want to take offline).
