We've just published a new Workflow in our Workflow Library, called the Behavior-Based Safety Oberservation Workflow. 

A Behavior-Based Safety Observation (BBSO) program reinforces positive behaviors through feedback, leading to behavioral change and fewer accidents. By focusing on behavior, organizations achieve a more engaged and vigilant workforce, improving overall safety performance.

Our BBSO Workflow provides a single form to make it easy for your technicians to easily identify and correct unsafe behaviors and provide insights into risky practices. With our workflow, your technicians can select their location, choose who they are observing, and receive a full checklist tailored to the work being observed. You can trust that the data collected will be both comprehensive and detailed.
